Lodging at Fajãzinha

This page presents a list of my suggestion of houses that can be rented in Fajãzinha and their respective links to the usual renting websites in the titles. In general, the village is extremely quiet. At night the noise you get are mostly crickets (a lot!) and during some seasons the calling of cagarros (cory’s shearwater, Calonectris borealis). From my personal experience, it’s an amazing place to do some writing or other creative stuff.

Casa Paraíso

The biggest house in Fajãzinha (ideal for large groups), isolated from the historical centre, very quiet and with an amazing view and surroundings.

Casa do Rossio

This house is located in Fajãzinha’s main square – the Rossio – in the very heart of the village. However it is very quiet, with a retreated patio for good relax.

[House]

[I think this house will be featured in the housing websites soon, but for further inquiries you can contact Starling House using the contact form]

Casa da joaninha

One of two houses owned by the family of Restaurant “Pôr-do-Sol”.

Casa das Laranjas

One of two houses owned by the family of Restaurant “Pôr-do-Sol”.

Fajãzinha Cottage

A small cottage at the entrance to the village owned by two Continental Portuguese [who I don’t known].

Pangea

This is charming chalé at the entrance to the village owned by a nice Continental Portuguese couple who came to live in Fajãzinha

Boa Vista Fajãzinha

This is one of several renting houses by a Austrian couple who lives in Fajãzinha. It’s an option if the other options are not available.
